Corporate / Private M&A Senior Associate

A leading international City firm with a highly regarded, full-service corporate team, our client is looking to hire an experienced corporate M&A associate, to work alongside the partners on major private M&A deals as well as joint ventures and other corporate advisory work, including many innovatively structured transactions. There will be a focus on working on M&A and related deals for clients investing in the real estate sector, so some prior experience of working on real estate sector M&A deals would be very helpful, and an interest in real estate as an asset class is key. There will also be an opportunity to work on other corporate / M&A transactions for a broader client base across various sectors. The partners are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer, with at least 4PQE, and corporate / M&A experience gained at another City or major regional firm. An entrepreneurial flair and a desire to engage in business development is important and, for the right person, there are good prospects as the team continues to grow.
