Property Disputes Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a Top 100 firm in the city who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property disputes lawyer to join them on a 12 month FTC starting in Spring of 2023.

The position will involve supporting the firms’ leading practitioners on a range of residential and commercial property related disputes.

You will work with a diverse range of clients including large commercial investors and developers on property related disputes. This ranges from landlord and tenant issues, enfranchisement. Possessions claims, rights of way, light and boundaries, restrictive covenants, dilapidation issues and much more. You will have experience in this area gained with a leading city or regional practice and be comfortable working and supporting a collaborative team.
