An insurance organisation with a leading M&A insurance offering and are looking to appoint into the team in London with either Corporate Solicitor or Accountant from an M&A focused practice group (Deal Advisory, Transaction Services); the team underwrite and insure M&A deals (SME to complex/premium) providing warranty and indemnity insurance, most with most of which being multi-jurisdictional and complex in nature.
