A top-ranking law firm are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Your New Department:
Thanks to their sizable portfolio of prime London commercial real estate, they represent several well-known household names and foreign investors. They are renowned for their high-profile cases, professionalism, and ability to resolve even the most challenging client legal issues.
Your New Role:
As the sole paralegal in a bigger fee earner department, the role provides substantial experience in a wide variety of real estate work including commercial, development, disputes and residential acquisition and structuring. Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of transactions from start to finish, drafting and negotiating lease extensions, transfers, auction sales and other deeds and licences.
- Carrying out title research and searches, preparing applications, registrations, and searches through the Land Registry.
- Document management, review, and analysis.
- Preforming legal due diligence on matters such as interpretation of leases, deeds, and other property title documents, together with analysing title structures.
- Liaising with internal clients and stakeholders.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable.
- Previous Property experience ideally in a law firm.
- Genuine interest in Property law.
