The role:
Opportunity for a Real Estate Energy Associate NQ-2 years PQE to join a unique team operating at the forefront of the future energy sector, to be based in Bristol.
Forming part of the firm's real estate practice, you will be supporting a distinguished Partner who is known for their work in the clean energy space on behalf of corporate occupiers, developers, banks, investors and public bodies.
Therefore, you can expect to be dealing with a varied caseload of work including but not limited to option agreements and leases, landlord and tenant matters, wider financing and corporate support for real estate projects involving wind, solar, battery storage, electric vehicles and hydro.
They are keen to hear from junior lawyers, including 2023 NQs, with high-quality training and experience within real estate and a demonstrable interest in the energy sector.
