BVI - COMMERCIAL / INSOLVENCY LITIGATION LAWYER - 6+ PQE

Applicants will need to be UK or BVI qualified solicitors or barristers and have high-level commercial and/or insolvency disputes experience, ideally gained with a leading London/City or offshore legal practice or barristers' chambers. Experience in cross-border financial services disputes, trust litigation, insolvency and asset tracing, as well as direct advocacy on such cases, would all be highly advantageous.
