Corporate Solicitor 2+ PQE

Location: Dorset

This well established Corporate / Commercial team are based in the picturesque Dorset close to the coast. There are over 100 members of staff within the firm with two office locations within Bournemouth.

Within this role there is a pre-existing case load of great quality matters. Most cases relate to commercial contract matters. The client base is impressive, comprising of entrepreneurial clients who are sophisticated and high net worth. They advise one particularly large corporate client brand leader, but the client base is mostly OMBs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE within Corporate/ Commercial matters and will be comfortable to manage a case load with minimum supervision.

The firm is open to flexible working, with Thursday being their contact day where all teams are in the office. At a more experienced level there may be 1-2 days a week in the office where at a more junior level you would likely be in 3 days a week with 2 days working remotely from home.
