The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Head of Department 8+ years PQE for their established practice in Bridgwater.
This is a varied role in which you will be fee-earning on good quality commercial property work, whilst also playing a pivotal role in driving the department forwards to ensure its future success, having full support from the business.
This role would particularly suit someone who is experienced in landlord and tenant matters as they have a strong pipeline of corporate occupier work to tap into from the outset.
As a senior Solicitor, you will promote the very best practices and examine client outcomes in order to find ways to improve the quality of services provided.
Requirements:
- Management experience and a proven ability to motivate others
- Comprehensive technical skills and knowledge of commercial property matters
- Excellent communication skills and a track record in business development projects
