Construction Associate - Legal 100, Thames Valley

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Associate (2 PQE+) to join the team and assist on both contentious and non-contentious matters based in their Surrey office.

A good working knowledge of the various JCT form contracts, their amendments and market norms is ideal, as is a willingness to advise on bespoke, complex agreements. Experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering and frameworks and security documentation including advance payment bonds is essential.  

The team have a number of fee-earners an partners highly ranked in the legal directories and the firm are recognised for it's collegiate and supportive culture. This position would suit an ambitious individual looking for city quality work with greater flexibility for work-life balance.
