Lending Lawyer - 3-6 PQE - Business role

Exciting new opportunity to sit in the lending business arm of a top tier investment bank. This role reports directly to the Head of the Lending Team and links the investment and legal functions.

In this role you will be working on lending transactions, as well as broader financing matters, transactional structuring and deployment of debt and equity investments as well as fundraisings.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 PQE from either a top law firm or equivalent in-house institution, existing in-house experience is definitely a plus.

This is a great role for someone who is eager to work in-house and closer to the business side, while covering a range of transactions.
