Job Details
This is a superb opportunity to join a well known regional firm who are looking to appoint a well connected Residential Conveyancing Partner.
You will have a noted background in Conveyancing and ideally have some regaional or local knowledge.
You will be happy to mentor staff and to ensuring the department is running at full potential and to ensure all compliance matters are being ahered to. Underpinning this will also be the requirement to manage and develop a profitable case load and to deliver high quality conveyancing services by building on and expanding on the relationships with estate agents, developers, other firms and clients.
You should ideally will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer ideally with over 6 years PQE, having undertaken good quality work and have a detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing.
