Real Estate Finance Associate – US Law Firm – Central London – 2+ PQE

Our client is a global law firm looking to appoint an associate for their Finance & Real Estate Team in Central London.

Located in over 20 major cities with a singular focus of delivering the highest-quality advice, our client is recognised in all the major independent legal directories, undertaking work for many “Fortune 100” companies and also representing more than 200 private equity and investment firms, multiple global asset management firms and global private debt firms.

The team offers comprehensive, practical and business-orientated advice that utilises a full range of debt and equity capital structures.  They represent borrowers, lenders, issuers, equity investors, sponsors, financial advisors and agents in every layer of the capital structure.

We are now looking for an associate to join the London Team. The ideal candidates will have two or more years’ post-qualification experience, outstanding technical and interpersonal skills and experience on high-value deals. You should have general exposure to securitisation, CLOs, ABS and loan origination with an interest in developing your skills in these areas.

You should also have a confident, can-do attitude as this role will be well-suited to a motivated candidate who is keen to build relationships and develop business.
