Media Litigation – Central London – 2-4 PQE

Our Client, a well established, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm based in Central London are looking to add to their numbers with the appointment of a litigator.

The Team

The very busy Media Disputes department has an outstanding reputation globally and advises in relation to film, television, broadcasting, publishing, music, digital and traditional media, advertising and content distribution. Representing both high net worth individuals in the public eye and multinational corporations, matters are conducted over several jurisdictions and their lawyers have the skills, expertise and depth to conduct pioneering, complex and high-value disputes.

The Individual

The successful individual for this role you should be between 2 and 4 years PQE and currently working as part of a reputable litigation team, similar in profile to our client.  You should have some media disputes experience as a necessity, but your main background and experience should be in commercial litigation and should include high-value complex disputes.

It is also essential that you are pro active individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, used to working well under pressure autonomously, or as part of a friendly team.  Whilst it is inevitable that working long hours may be required from time to time, the team also do all they can to promote a positive work life balance and flexible working as and when required.
