Banking and Finance Lawyer

The Banking and Finance team advises both lenders and borrowers, so you will have the opportunity to cover a broad range of work including general corporate finance, charitable and social finance, trade finance, receivables, and acquisition finance. In working within this team, you will be a part of the firm's overall approach, working with various charities and not-for-profit organisations, as well as multinational banking corporations. You will be encouraged to pursue personal interests through practice, and you will be offered the chance for plentiful career development in supervising junior fee earners, contributing to business development and working cross-departmentally. To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Qualified as a solicitor and gained at least 3 years' PQE in banking and finance, ideally at a City, international or high quality regional firm;
• The ability to work collaboratively within your team and cross-departmentally by building strong working relationships across the firm;
• A desire to make a difference and genuine interest in the work you do for your clients; and
• Excellent technical skills, and top-tier written and verbal communication skills.
