We are working closely with a leading Big 6 firm, looking for two experienced Corporate Associates to join their highly regarded M&A team based in Sydney.
Our client is looking for two Associates due to growth of the team and this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile M&A matters in the market.
This would be working very closely with two very personable Partners in particular, whose client base often includes some of the world's largest private equity clients.
The team has a dynamic feel, where Lawyers are exposed to a variety of work, a high level of client contact and personality fit is key to maintain a positive culture.
Ambitious, driven, personable and client-facing individuals do very well in this team.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Admission as a Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand
- 3+ years of Corporate experience
- Experience gained in a leading practice
- An excellent academic record
