We have been instructed on a search for a non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join the highly regarded team of a well-established London firm.

The Role

You will advise clients ranging from FTSE and Nasdaq listed companies and groups to entrepreneurs, banks, (re)insurers, investment firms and FinTech businesses on a range of complex regulatory matters, from across the market.

The firm has deliberately chosen not to do low margin, high volume, or panel work which means you will not be drafting routine product terms and conditions, service agreements or updating contracts on a volume basis.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 – 6 PQE Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales Well versed in the Financial Services and Markets Act, the Regulated Activities Order and the law and rules applicable to banks, (re)insurers or investment firms
  • Able to advise on the regulatory aspects of commercial contracts and corporate transactions (when required)
