Commercial Lawyer

After 13 years 3G will soon cease to exist! This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join a multinational telecom company on a fixed term basis and help coordinate the 3G Shutdown project as well as working on general commercial deals.

This is a 3-month Fixed-Term contract (likely to be extended)

The role:

-              You will be involved in providing legal advice for their UK programme, as well as negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring legislative development and the advice given from external counsels.

-              You will need to be confident in your ability to provide meet and present to individuals in relevant areas within the business on legal matters whether that be on a reactive or proactive basis

-              Hybrid working available.

The ideal candidate:

-              3 years PQE+

-              Has a university honours degree (second class minimum)

-              Confident, with excellent negotiation skills

-              Previous experience working in-house at a tech or telecom company

-              Qualified Lawyer

-              Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision if appropriate
