Senior Legal Counsel, Arabic, UAE
Our client is a key infrastructure provider, with assets, operations and investments across the world. They are now seeking a new bi-lingual Arabic Senior Legal Counsel to add to their team.
ROLE: Primarily the role will support the General Counsel, and work alongside other lawyers in the team, in a unified provision of legal services to the relevant business units. This would typically involve the drafting and review of complex corporate and commercial documents, across multiple assets, companies and jurisdictions.
CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to take into consideration before applying:
* Ideal candidates will be able to show experience from both private practice and in-house.
* Some exposure to GCC laws will be extremely helpful.
* You'll need 6+ years of post-qualified experience.
* A skill set covering general corporate and commercial work is ideal.
* It's mandatory that you can read, write and speak both English and Arabic fluently.
