Legal Counsel - LONDON/HYBRID

A leading global data company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team and influence the business. This position has come about due to an internal promotion and will have a focus on Technology & Procurement.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel this will be an autonomous, hands-on role. It will be a varied role with the opportunity to draft and advise on a wide variety of legal agreements including SaaS and technology agreements. You will assist in the implementation of compliance policies, and work on a full range of legal matters including privacy and AdTech. You will also liaise with external lawyers and stakeholders across the business.

You must be a UK qualified commercial lawyer who is ideally 1-4 PQE. To be considered for this position you must have trained at a top-tier law firm. This role is ideal for someone making their first move in-house, or someone looking to take the next step up. You will need to be bright, confident and an assured self-starter to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
