Job Details
With instructions pouring through the door, our client (Tier 1-Disputes - Legal 500, BVI) urgently seeks an additional senior litigator (England & Wales qualified barrister or solicitor with strong career & academic pedigree). Previous offshore experience would be advantageous, but not essential, while it is expected that that the ideal applicant will be committed to remaining on island long-term.
Work is diverse and interesting and will include shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, contentious / non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency matters, banking & finance and funds disputes, trust litigation, asset-tracing and fraud litigation (and much more!).
Offering a competitive financial package + relocation, this hire would be at circa 8-12yrs+ (with flexibility either side).
