Competition Lawyer - Brussels

This Brussels Competition practice deals with high-profile matters in all fields of EU and national Competition law, including cartels, abusive conduct, Merger Control and State aid.

The team also has considerable experience in EU litigation, and is currently handling several high-profile assignments before the European Commission and the European courts and various national authorities. Lawyers also handle various trade matters, representing companies and associations in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings before the European Commission and the EU courts.

The team has significant expertise in sectors including technology, communications, IT, aviation, automotive, electronics, energy and many others.

Candidates will have a background in Competition law (an LL.M. in EU law is an advantage). An excellent command of English and French, both orally and in writing, is essential. A good command of Dutch and/or German is an advantage.
