COMMERCIAL LEGAL COUNSEL/SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

UK REMOTE ROLE
Our client is a global, independent games developer & studio focussed on multi-world and AAA gaming. The business is a high growth scale-up with solid investment to support an exciting pipeline of new initiatives, including a high-profile launch.
Growing from strength to strength, the business is building a legal team to match. We are looking to recruit an additional commercial lawyer to join the close-knit team in a pivotal role.
We are looking for a capable commercial lawyer, ideally with 3 years' PQE and upwards, to take on a really varied remit, including commercial contracts, licensing, IT, IP, sponsorship, marketing, data protection and media related matters. In all cases candidates must be able to work remotely though, in time, an additional hub is likely to be established in London. We are looking for lawyers with solid training, ideally previous in-house experience in a relevant industry, enthusiasm and flexibility!
