If you are Commercial Solicitor in Leeds seeking an In-house role in a fast-paced and exciting forward-thinking business, please read on in relation to the opportunity we are working on with pioneering Yorkshire success story.
Working for an established and highly regarded In-house legal team and reporting into the General Counsel, this VC backed business has a long history of evolution through both organic growth and acquisitions. They now have an opening which would suit a commercially astute lawyer either looking to make their first move into Industry from a recognised law firm, or equally someone In-house already who is ready to work in a more client facing and "involved" capacity.
The legal function has always enjoyed a high-profile position in the business, and it remains a platform for the lawyers to use the law in a highly commercial environment, liaising with senior stakeholders and management.
The Commercial Solicitor role is likely to suit someone with up to 3 years PQE with some non-contentious experience and those lawyers with IP, IT, DP or general commercial agreements are especially welcome to apply. Equally, experience of corporate law, financial services or regulatory law would be viewed positively.
