Job Details
This is an exciting new role for a Head of Conveyancing to join a leading Midlands firm.
The role can be based in their Warwickshire office or from home, with occasional travel to the office.
You will be a proactive individual with excellent residential property experience in dealing with high-net-worth clients and high value property transactions and have a proven record of managing people.
You will handle your own caseload dealing with files from instruction through to completion including dealing with right to buy, sales, purchases, equity releases and re-mortgages. In addition, you will motivate, lead and grow a team of junior and mid-level fee-earners.
