**US FIRM** Leveraged Finance Associate - 2-5PQE

An elite US law firm are looking to hire a 2-5PQE associate with strong experience in Leverage Finance. The role will be based in their London office, with a broad mix of work on offer. The firm are looking for those currently working in the banking & finance practice of a top tier US or International firm.

The candidate will be required to advise clients on various issues, specifically leverage finance - prior experience in derivatives would be advantageous but not a prerequisite to be considered for the role. The work here is extremely International and spread across multiple European jurisdictions. The new joiner will be working with a team internationally recognised in large capital leverage financings for creditors, corporate borrowers, mid-market PE borrowers, credit funds/hedge funds in special situations lending and the direct lending space.

This will be the perfect role for a qualified lawyer who has excellent academic qualifications and can demonstrate a deep interest in leveraged finance. The candidate will be responsible for exploring information on clients' businesses and market/sector requirements in order to provide well-tailored advice.
