A rare opportunity has arisen at a US firm who are looking for either a Conflicts Lawyer or experienced Conflicts Analyst to join their team in London.
The core aspects of the role includes Conflicts: conflict analysis and management, including waivers and consents and analyzing conflicts aspects of lateral hire/new hire process, dealing with the legal aspects of pitches and engagement terms. This position requires an understanding of the SRA Codes of Conduct and the law and regulations affecting the practice of law in England & Wales. Although London-based, aspects of the role require liaison with colleagues in the US and Asian offices.
Applicants should therefore ideally have at least 4-5 years of Compliance experience with a leading law firm. On offer is an attractive remuneration package at a firm renowned for its ability to retain talent.
