The team has remained consistently busy, and the outlook is strong. As part of strategic growth, the team is now looking to recruit. The strategy is based on the broader need to ensure balance with their existing team. By balance, we mean by reference to utilisation and well-being.

The team is already busy and work hard – the firm is committed to ensuring they push to recruit before they are at bursting point, and to ensure that all team members are not being pushed to the brink but rather can attain work and life balance. For that reason, the team are looking to recruit a partner into their contentious construction team in Birmingham.

The construction team in Birmingham, alongside their colleagues throughout the UK, work on projects and matters across a broad range of sectors including energy, transport, waste, and real estate, and handle high value and complex construction work.

While they would always welcome a client following, it is not a prerequisite for this role. Candidates applying for this role may be already be a partner elsewhere or an otherwise senior lawyer seeking a new opportunity. You will join a team that can provide training, support, and exposure to some of the best construction work available in the UK legal market. Whether you’re familiar with the Birmingham market already or considering relocating, then this is one of the very best construction teams around.
