OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Projects Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• The team has a broad mix of work advising private and public sector clients on all aspects of project development.
• The role will involve advising on alternative energy, transport and infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Experience of advising on project agreements, PPP/PFI, PPAs, EPC contracts and O&M Agreements.
• Experience of UK public procurements and running competitive procurements is desirable, but not essential.
• This national law firm is renowned for providing technically sound, pragmatic and commercially minded solutions to complex and time sensitive matters.
