Senior Arbitration Layer – Head of Department opportunity……
Opportunity for a Senior Arbitration Lawyer to join one of the leading firms in Oman. Opportunity to Head up the team, the ideal candidate will have experience in encompassing a wide variety of disputes including construction claims and arbitration, general commercial litigation claims and tortious action such as defamation and personal injury claims.
As part of this role there will be some litigation-related work, due diligence on contractual matters and provide advisory work as an in-house legal support and legal training to some clients.
6/7yrs PQE +
