Job Details
Large giga project in Saudi Arabia are looking for a Head of Regulatory and Policy to head up the legislative drafting, regulatory and public policy matters for this major project. This team of international lawyers have all come from top tier teams globally within magic circle law firms. You will be involved in Legislative Drafting, Regulatory and Public Policy practice, and help build out your own dedicated team, this project remains the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It would help if you were already well and truly at the forefront of advising Saudi government entities and their consultants and suppliers on strategic mandates to revise and update legislation and benchmark it against legislation around the world. You will regularly advise most ministries, regulators and government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and or around the globe on policies, regulations, rules and guidelines. You should be very active advising various government entities on the establishment of special regulatory zones in the Kingdom and or around the globe.
