Private Equity Funds Lawyer - 4yrs + PQE - Fluent in English & Mandarin - Hong Kong

They advise on the private equity life cycle from fund formation, capital deployment, M&A, public to privates, all types of debt and equity financing, growth and restructurings to exits. Central to this is their integrated team of global antitrust, regulatory, investigations and disputes experts.
The diversity of their financial investor client base including private equity houses, multi asset managers, portfolio companies, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth and pension funds enables them to provide expert advice on market terms across all investment structures including secondaries and co-investments.
The Global Private Funds Practice is a market leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity, real estate, and infrastructure and debt funds. They support fund sponsors on fund formation, co-investments, and restructuring. The team works closely with their colleagues in the firm’s private equity, real estate, energy and infrastructure and finance groups. In addition, they also advise investors in such funds, including pension funds, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and many sovereign wealth and other supranational institutions.
