This dynamic, high-flying firm is looking for a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to join their Employment team in Chelmsford, Essex.

The Role
- You will find that there are very strong referral sources, and you will assist with a varied and interesting body of work across a full range of employment matters.
- You will provide essential support for fee earners, including but not limited to audio typing, drafting court papers, diary management and speaking with clients.
- The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do. This buys into their commitment to allowing the members of their firm to have a true work-life balance and feel supported throughout their time here.
Requirements
- Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, preferably with previous experience dealing with Employment Law.
- Ability to work in a team is essential to thriving in this collaborative firm.
- Experience supporting more than one fee earner
- Highly organised, with the ability to communicate and work efficiently with different personality types to maximise work.
