This Tier 1, Legal 500 firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its award-winning Corporate team, dealing with a quality of work only found in the City of London.

The Role

The firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Corporate team in Norwich, Norfolk.

The corporate team are award-winning, dealing with a high-grade quality of work and a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs to public and international companies.

You will work on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, lending/borrowing, corporate finance, lending/borrowing, private equity, transactions, re-financings and exits.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with around 3 - 6 years PQE
  • You will have a good billings history and proven experience in business development
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
  • You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
