Private Property Solicitor NQ-4 PQE

Your new role

Our client is looking for a Private Property and Landed Estates Solicitor or Associate with 0-4 years PQE to join their growing team in either Bristol or Cheltenham. The team, led by two top-ranked partners, specialises in handling market-leading substantial landed estate, agricultural, country house and high value residential property matters across England and Wales.

What you will need to succeed

Our client is looking for a NQ-4PQE trained solicitor or associate who has trained a reputable regional or national firm. You will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent drafting skills as well as an enthusiasm for marketing and business development. You will take on an established internal workload, with the opportunity to work with and in other offices within the firm. The right candidate will also need experience in some or all of the following areas:

* High value residential property
* Rural property
* Landed Estates
* Country House
* Agricultural property
