Job Details
The Role:
Your new role will span over multiple disciplines (including Litigation and Transactional) assisting high value city grade work for both the UK and overseas.
Assisting a variety of mattes across different practice groups, duties can include drafting transactional documents, negotiations, document review, bundling and court assistance for large scale projects and contract analysis.
About You:
- Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
- At least 6-month previous Paralegal experience in a law firm is essential.
- Able to commute to Birmingham office 3 days a week.
- Bonus if you have experience or knowledge of legal technology.
