The Role:

  • The Firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their offices in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
  • As a leading Conveyancing practice, the team provide specialist knowledge on a broad range of complex transactions commonly involving high-value properties
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, company buy-to-let, employee relocations, shared ownership, court of protection matters and complex title transactions
  • As a Solicitor, you will gain exposure to the more high-value cases whilst assisting the Partners, giving you a unique platform to fast-track your progression as a first-class lawyer, with clear progression throughout

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
