Job Details
We have received direct instructions from our client, who are keen to find a 2-5PQE Fintech solicitor for their London team.
The successful candidate will work with an exciting list of internationally recognised Technology and Financial Services companies, operating in the FS sector and FinTechs (high growth start-up or scale-up companies, providing a range of services disrupting financial services).
You will work closely with and proactively support an enterprising group of partners, who have deep expertise in FinTech. You will be given the opportunity and support to develop the skills to mentor, supervise and take responsibility for more junior associates and trainees.
Partners are looking for candidates with expertise advising on a range of technology specific agreements, which include licensing, cloud/SaaS and outsourcing and technology implementation projects, in the financial services sector.
