Job Details
We are exclusively retained by a leading US Firm who are keenly searching for a Corporate Partner for their thriving and hugely busy London Team. This is a market leading team who are closely-knit and this is a group that significantly punches above its weight.
Whilst a broad corporate background is welcomed, the successful individual will ideally have specific exposure to the energy industry sector be it domestic or preferably international (cross-border work) and be it relating to upstream or downstream oil & gas, traditional power, nuclear or renewables. The individual in question will likely have worked closely with project development and project finance lawyers and will have strong connections with their own current roster of clients (particularly relating to the energy and infrastructure sector ).
This Firm pay extremely competitively and they have a market leading and directory ranked brand and reputation
In terms of level, they would entertain applications from Partners as well as senior associates but only where a strong portable practice can be shown.
