Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Our client is a leading national practice, ranking as one of the top 40 law firms in the UK. They are seeking to recruit a solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked clinical negligence team in Birmingham.
The clinical negligence team in Birmingham forms an integral part of a national clinical negligence practice, acting for claimants in multi-million pound matters.
Under the guidance of expert partners, the successful clinical negligence solicitor joining this will undertake complex, challenging and high-value matters relating to neurological injury, child birth trauma, amputations, group actions, surgical errors, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose, and fatal claims.
This position is ideally suited to claimant clinical negligence solicitors with a minimum of four years’ PQE. The firm are keen to meet with enthusiastic and dynamic candidates from all backgrounds with a solid working knowledge of clinical negligence and the civil procedure rules, with an enthusiasm for business development.
You will be joining a team of experienced clinical negligence lawyers with a wealth of knowledge, who enjoy a busy workload and a busy social-life.
