Commercial Litigation & Insolvency – 5yrs+ PQE (Cayman)

Major offshore law firm seeks high calibre Commonwealth qualified litigators (solicitors & barristers) with a minimum of 5yrs PQE for its expanding Cayman disputes practice. Ideally hailing from a recognised offshore firm, our client will also consider those applicants with first class onshore litigation experience who are looking to make a first move offshore.

The work on offer will include acting on significant corporate / shareholder disputes, fraud, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation, asset tracing as well as significant restructuring and insolvency matters. 

Lots of autonomy and responsibility will be offered from day one, albeit you will be fully supported by senior lawyers within what is a very close knit team which is regularly engaged on the most high profile offshore disputes. A very attractive financial package (tax free) plus relocation is available, while those with long-term career aspirations will be thoroughly encouraged and supported in their progression.
