Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor/ILEX, interested in an exciting opportunity to join a firm which is both rich with heritage and Legal 500 ranked? This firm deal with London City quality work in the East Anglia region.

This role is based in an award-winning Property team, dealing with a quality of work only found in the City of London. Ranked in the Top 50, this firm has enjoyed substantial growth in terms of size, geographic spread and turnover in the past five years, further developing its profile regionally, nationally and internationally.

The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their Ipswich office, in Suffolk.
The Property team is award-winning, it deals with both local work and an ever-growing London client base of HNW individuals, Wealthy families, Business owners and entrepreneurs.
You will find the work on par with top London firms. You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team, and the caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Development, Investment and Acquisitions and Disposals.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 1-3 years PQE.
- You should have good experience of running your own caseload, and a good billings history.
- An exceptional technical knowledge is essential
- You should have excellent communication skills.
- You should be ambitious and keen to progress.
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
