The Role:
- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Highly ranked in the Legal 500, the Real Estate Finance team undertake a broad range of transactions for heavyweight investors, developers & owner occupiers
- As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including secured lending, bridging finance and complex transactions all of which are on the lender side
- As an Associate, you also will work directly alongside one of the Partners to assist with their caseload and get involved in business development
- In return, you can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment to aid your development as a first-class real estate finance lawyer, with strong prospects to progress through the ranks
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Real Estate/Finance solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
- Experience and/or interests in real estate finance
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with excellent attention to detail
