A fantastic opportunity has just arisen to join the growing and innovative Legal Delivery Centre of a leading global firm in the Birmingham office.
The team:
The Legal Delivery Centre works across the firm’s multiple disciplines, including litigation, corporate and finance, on high value work originating from both the UK and overseas. The team works closely with the London office and has previously supported the firm’s London Banking team by drafting over 1000 multi-jurisdictional transactional documents. The team has worked with the firm’s London Acquisition Finance team on leveraged finance deals by completing vital corporate due diligence.

The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward:
- Assisting with document review and due diligence
- Drafting, checking and amending legal documents
- Liaising with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally
- Conducting legal research and other duties as assigned
About you:
- A Paralegal with a minimum of six months’ experience
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential
- LPC preferred but candidates with extensive paralegal experience will be considered
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a team
