THE FIRM
An entrepreneurial and collegial central London based firm offering flexible working arrangements.
THE ROLE
An experienced corporate solicitor is sought to specialise in, inter alia, implementing equity structures for private companies.
ABOUT YOU
At senior associate level, you will have experience of dealing with fund raising and working on MBOs, JVs and transactions involving wealth creation via private company shareholdings.
You will able to run transactions ranging from deal sizes which can extend from £1 million to £30 million typically and dealing with all aspects of the SPA.
You will also deal with shareholder and investment agreements, drafting bespoke articles of association, responding to company law based queries on a host of matters and dealing with the commercial aspects of share and asset sale agreements including warranties and indemnities.
You will be looking for a varied and interesting role with each matter presenting different challenges
