Job Details
We are assisting an award-winning offshore law firm in locating a first-rate litigation associate for its expanding practice in Jersey. Instructed by a wide range of financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals, our client is involved in a broad spectrum of litigation work to include contentious trusts and probate, commercial disputes (including banking and finance), fraud and asset tracing, regulation and enforcement and employment matters.
The successful applicant will possess a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification with between 2-6yrs PQE gained within a top tier onshore or offshore law firm. Capable of supporting the partner(s) on multiple files and taking principal responsibility as appropriate for cases (as your seniority increases), you will be strong communicator with a commercial outlook and client centric approach. Being qualified to practice as a Jersey advocate would be desirable but not essential.
The team is regarded as technically very strong, collaborative and user friendly which would suit an individual who is looking to join a practice that promotes and supports individual responsibility but also offers pro-active guidance and mentorship. A competitive financial package is available.
