The corporate department have a mandate to grow on the back of another successful year and are now looking for corporate partners with clients that will fit with the overall strategic approach of the department.

The clear focus of this team is in the small to mid-cap M&A market acting for clients on either domestic or international transactions. The common denominator in terms of client base is around SMEs and OMBs and often businesses with backing from private wealth or private capital, either seeking additional fund raising or ultimately exit.

The department is ably supported within this full-service firm and has rated lawyers in areas such as tax, banking, property and employment. There are a strong cohort of corporate associates who have been with the department over the long term. You will be joining a team which is well established, stable and with a clear strategy for growth and strong profile in its chosen market segment.
