About the role:
- Reviewing and advising on the procurement of goods, services and commercial and software partnerships that they orgnanisation enters into
- Working with external counsel and managing them where necessary
- Building and developing relationships with stakeholders across the organsation providing them with legal support
- Influencing the development of processes, policies and procedures to manage and mitigate legal risks
About you:
- Commercial Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 5 Years PQE
- Experience within outsourcing, purchase of goods and services, software and hardware purchasing, SAAS and other licencing models and consortium and collaboration agreements
