This Top 100 firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE into their powerhouse team operating out of Reading.

The role and Corporate practice:
Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful team in Reading.
· Broad range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures, restructures and public company work
· The team has built a varied and interesting client base that spans across the UK and internationally and they want someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate sphere
· You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile with the support of industry-leading partners
The ideal candidate:
- Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
