This highly regarded UK law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Property Litigation practice in London. Their highly rated team are involved with a range of work, principally involving development related disputes and strategic advice (particularly rights to light) for both developers and insurers; commercial landlord and tenant matters (1954 Act, alienation, break rights, dilapidations); disputes concerning property contracts; property related insolvency (real property and L&T); and other real property related disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants). There will also potentially be opportunities to be involved in some high value residential related landlord and tenant matters. The team benefits from working closely with large and leading national Real Estate, Projects and Construction departments and also generates a great deal of work from their own clients and contacts. The role will combine lots of autonomy, with opportunities to contribute to every facet of the practice, within a highly supportive, well-resourced, friendly and collegiate team. Applicants should ideally have high-level relevant experience gained from a similar UK practice and strong academics.
