The role:
Opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE to join a leading dispute resolution practice operating out of Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is an outstanding for a junior lawyer to step into a role supporting two senior Partners with a caseload of disputes encompassing shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, construction disputes, insolvency litigation and more.
You will be working with the likes of blue-chip companies, international organisations, building and construction companies and associated supply chain business and delivery services.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure and, given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
The ideal candidate:
· Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE
· Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
· Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
